Dr. Shanna Sullivan
Chiropractor & Owner
Dr. Sullivan attended Dalhousie University where she studied Kinesiology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Throughout her education she focused on the biomechanics of dancers, as well as pre- and post-natal care. Dr. Sullivan takes a functional approach to movement, and tailors’ treatments to meet the goals of any patient, whether they are a child, office-worker, or elite athlete. Her treatments consist of manual adjustments, myofascial release therapy (MRT), instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and nutritional counseling.
Dr. Sullivan is well-known in the dance industry for her revolutionary dance science program, Dance Mechanics. In addition, she founded a virtual fitness studio called Glow Fit where she and her team teach barre, yoga and pilates.
Dr. Danielle Schiefer
Chiropractor & Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Danielle attended Western University where she majored in physiology and biology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with honours. She is a certified contemporary medical acupuncture provider from McMaster University and a GrowCo certified post-natal fitness specialist. She is also currently working to become a Functional Nutrition practitioner.
Dr. Danielle is an evidence-based chiropractor, utilizing a variety of techniques to create individualized treatment plans. These techniques include joint manipulation, acupuncture, and a range of different soft tissue release techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue. She combines these with rehabilitative exercise and proper lifestyle education to improve function, decrease pain, and ultimately help patients achieve their goals. She treats all ages with complaints ranging from head to toe. She believes in the importance of understanding a patient as a whole and getting to the root of the problem.
Rachel studied kinesiology at Western University then completed her Master of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland. She has completed her acupuncture and dry needling from the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute.
Rachel has experience in orthopaedics, acute care, and rehabilitation techniques. She as a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She grew up playing various sports so she has a strong foundation in understanding athletic injuries and focusing on injury prevention strategies.
Her treatment approach focuses on a combination of individualized exercise programs and manual therapy techniques. Her main objective is to work in collaboration with her clients to help them feel their best.
Physiotherapist & Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider
Brendan is a creative, passionate, and engaging physiotherapist. He provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis of his patients and creates an individualized treatment plan based on his client’s specific goals.
Brendan’s appreciation and understanding of the function of the human body began with his active lifestyle. Brendan grew up in Richmond Hill, where he played competitive hockey, soccer, golf, and baseball. His experience in high level athletics showed him the potential of the human body, and has driven him to extract that potential from each patient he treats.
Brendan attended York University where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with honours. During his undergrad, he had volunteered his time in a human physiology lab, which allowed him to connect his understanding of biomechanics with his knowledge of human physiology. He also spent his time working as a Kinesiologist at a sport injury clinic, where he further developed his skills in sport specific rehabilitation.
Brendan went on to complete a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. While studying, Brendan worked with professional rugby teams to provide in-game assessments and treatments. Brendan completed his thesis on developing a meta-analysis of fast-track total knee replacements to help reduce length of stay at hospitals for post-op patients. While in Scotland, he was able to spend his spare time indulging in golf and travel.
Since beginning his career in Toronto, Brendan has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. His training has allowed him to utilize acupuncture in conjunction with manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
His multifaceted approach elicits long term relief of symptoms, and prevents future dysfunctions. During the summer months, Brendan can be found on the golf course or up north fishing.

Steve has over twenty years of experience working in the healthcare industry as a trainer, consultant, as well as a first tier medical responder. His experiences go well beyond healthcare, occupying careers in corporate offices, working rotating shifts as a line worker and emergency responder, early morning outdoor grunt work as a maintenance crew member, and the commitments that go with being a husband, father, and homeowner. Steve understands the demands that life can bring and has experienced just about every one of life’s little ups and downs.
Life experience combined with over twenty years of education gathered in nutrition, strength training, endurance athletics, holistic life coaching, massage therapy, and stretch therapy makes him a therapist that can adapt and will not only meet the needs of a patient, but one that will produce results!
