Dr. Shanna Sullivan
Chiropractor & Owner
Dr. Sullivan attended Dalhousie University where she studied Kinesiology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Throughout her education she focused on the biomechanics of dancers, as well as pre- and post-natal care. Dr. Sullivan takes a functional approach to movement, and tailors’ treatments to meet the goals of any patient, whether they are a child, office-worker, or elite athlete. Her treatments consist of manual adjustments, myofascial release therapy (MRT), cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and nutritional counseling.
Dr. Sullivan is well-known in the dance industry for her revolutionary dance science program, Dance Mechanics. In addition, she is the co-owner of Beaches Health Group and the sister clinic All Access Health & Fitness.

Dr. Danielle Schiefer
Chiropractor & Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Danielle attended Western University where she majored in physiology and biology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with honours. She is a certified contemporary medical acupuncture provider from McMaster University and a GrowCo certified post-natal fitness specialist. She is also currently working to become a Functional Nutrition practitioner.
Dr. Danielle is an evidence-based chiropractor, utilizing a variety of techniques to create individualized treatment plans. These techniques include joint manipulation, acupuncture, and a range of different soft tissue release techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue. She combines these with rehabilitative exercise and proper lifestyle education to improve function, decrease pain, and ultimately help patients achieve their goals. She treats all ages with complaints ranging from head to toe. She believes in the importance of understanding a patient as a whole and getting to the root of the problem.

Amanda Kapsimalis
Registered Physiotherapist
Certified in Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. She then went on to graduate from the University of Toronto where she obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree. Upon graduation, she received the Dr. Barnett and Beverly Giblon award for Excellence in Physical Therapy and the CIHR Health Professional Student Research Award, demonstrating her hard work, dedication and passion for what she does.
Amanda is certified to practice Acupuncture and Dry Needling (completed the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute program) and she is a certified Nordic Pole Walking Instructor. She has successfully completed training in NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Level 2, BSN Leukotape-K Taping Level 1, Manual Therapy Level 1 and Craniosacral Therapy Level 1. Amanda believes in life long learning and continues to actively pursue her education.
She has a wealth of experience working with a variety of patient populations and many different clinical conditions. She has a strong background in orthopeadics and incorporates a combination of hands-on therapy, modalities and active client participation to achieve client goals. Amanda strongly believes in the importance of listening to her clients in order to provide appropriate and individualized care.

Dr. Adrian Marsilio
Chiropractor & Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Marsilio takes a thorough approach to understanding you as a patient and is focused on learning about your health care goals. In order to reach these specific goals and to sustain momentum going forward, he ensures that you are always a part of this on-going process.
Dr. Marsilio is certified to perform functional integrated acupuncture as well as instrument assisted soft tissue therapy. Dr. Marsilio is a graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from University of Guelph. He has a strong background in sports and athletes including soccer & hockey.
He uses a variety of treatments including but not limited to: myofascial release techniques, mobilizations, adjustments, rehabilitation and acupuncture. In addition, he is the co-owner of Beaches Health Group and the sister clinic All Access Health & Fitness.

Steve Forst
Registered Massage Therapist & Fascial Stretch Therapist
Steve has over twenty years of experience working in the healthcare industry as a trainer, consultant, as well as a first tier medical responder. His experiences go well beyond healthcare, occupying careers in corporate offices, working rotating shifts as a line worker and emergency responder, early morning outdoor grunt work as a maintenance crew member, and the commitments that go with being a husband, father, and homeowner. Steve understands the demands that life can bring and has experienced just about every one of life’s little ups and downs.
Life experience combined with over twenty years of education gathered in nutrition, strength training, endurance athletics, holistic life coaching, massage therapy, and stretch therapy makes him a therapist that can adapt and will not only meet the needs of a patient, but one that will produce results!

Kate Gibbens
Registered Massage Therapist
Kathryn is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) graduate from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Kathryn is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial techniques, and Scar Tissue work. Kathryn also incorporates both Joint Mobilization and Stretching modalities towards the specific needs of each patient.
Kathryn began taking dance classes at the age of 4 and committed to studying dance throughout her life. After studying in and attending professional ballet schools across Canada she attended Ryerson University for their Theatre Dance BFA program. Through dance Kathryn found her passion for massage and the numerous benefits it provides.
Kathryn is committed to excellent service and truly cares about her clients well-being. She enjoys to focus on treating postural imbalances, athletic injuries and pre/post natal patients.

Srikesh Rudrapatna
Registered Physiotherapist
& Certified in Acupuncture
Srikesh has found joy in sports and physical activity since childhood. He is always ready to try something new, from basketball to spikeball or mountain biking to yoga, you can count him in!
In his early 20s, Srikesh injured his knee while playing basketball and subsequently underwent ACL reconstruction surgery twice. Throughout his rehabilitation journey, Srikesh has experienced persistent pain and developed a firsthand understanding on how physical injuries can affect all aspects of one’s life. Srikesh has since learned to positively reframe challenging experiences into growth opportunities, and he seeks to help others do the same.
Srikesh completed his degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Prior to his professional education, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a research-based Master of Medical Science. Throughout his academic career, Srikesh worked as a personal trainer and coached clients of all ages and abilities to boost their physical capacity.
Srikesh is a curious therapist, committed to life-long learning and is consistently updating his skillset. He has completed two certifications in contemporary medical acupuncture and various self-study topics.
Srikesh’s assessment and treatment philosophy hinges on evaluating movement quality, tissue health and patients’ functional abilities. He works closely with his patients to determine the most appropriate rehabilitation goals and supports them along the journey to recovery. Using hands-on therapy, acupuncture, exercise, Srikesh can help you realize your full potential.
