Makenna Crawford

Makenna received her bachelors degree in Connecticut, US where she played NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey. She then completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. Makenna has recently moved to Toronto from Vancouver where she worked with a variety of populations including Ballet BC dancers, athletes during the Invictus Games 2025, active individuals, and older adults. Makenna has a keen interest in sport and running injuries, orthopaedic conditions, concussion, and vestibular rehabilitation.
She takes a patient centred approach and focuses on collaborating with you to reach your specific goals. She is passionate in creating an individualized treatment plan to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent further injury from occurring. Her treatment techniques include exercise, manual therapy, intramuscular stimulation/dry needling, cupping, and education.
