John Cuthbert
John Cuthbert is one of the in-house Personal Trainers at The Beaches Health Group.

John has been involved in recreational and competitive sports his whole life; most notably he was a competitive swimmer for over 10 years. To keep fit, John enjoys resistance training, running, and competes at the provincial and national levels in the open water lifesaving sport.
John combines resistance training, cardiovascular training, stretching and nutrition coaching in individualized programs. Each program is specifically tailored to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
John is passionate about health and fitness and he is excited to work with people from all walks of life. Though he is relatively new to Personal Training as a profession, John both has the knowledge and the skills needed to help you to become healthier and improve your fitness.
